GoodLife Personal Trainer’s will consult with you on your fitness needs, goals, as well as your personal needs and interests before recommending any fitness plan. Our Personal Trainer’s will use this information to customize a program designed especially for you, and are there to help keep you motivated and track your results.

Cardio Fit

  • Assess your improvement!
  • 30 minutes, 2 times/week for 8 weeks
  • Nutrition and meal planning guidance
  • Strengthen the heart muscle
  • Decrease heart’s susceptibility to disease
  • Learn about cardiovascular health
  • Assess pre and post health

BodyFit

  • Prescribed to goal programming
  • 60 minutes, 3 times/week for 8 weeks
  • PowerBand: Increase strength & Lean muscle
  • PowerFreeWeights: Condition & Shape
  • PowerBall: Balance & Core
  • PowerSlim: Burn fat, Trim inches & Boost cardio
  • Results at any age or fitness level!
